How Do I Clean My Synthetic Wig or Synthetic Hairpiece

The main important thing is that you should never use hot water. First, please fill a small hand sink approximately 2 quarts of cool water.

Then add about 2 ounces of Synthetic Hair Cleanser to the cool water and swish around to make it mixed easily. After doing that, please put your wig or hairpiece into the water.

Keep the synthetic wig or synthetic extensions stay in the water for 5-10 minutes. If your wig has makeup build-up along the front hairline, we suggest you use an old toothbrush and hand soap to remove this.

Discard the soapy water after washing. Then lay the wig or extension on a towel air-dry naturally.

Please note that you can not brush your wig when it is wet. You can not use a hairdryer on a synthetic wig.

How To Measure Your Wig Size

· a tape measure

· a piece of paper

· a pen

With the tape measure at your front hairline, guide the tape measure down the side of your head behind your ear continuing to the nape of your neck underneath the occipital bone, then behind the other ear until you’re back to the front hairline, and write down the measurement on the paper.

Then we should measure ear to ear. Do this by measuring 7 inches back from your front hairline. This is the point where the tape measure will need to pass as you measure ear to ear. Guide the tape measure from the hairline of one ear through the top most part of your head, to the hairline of the other ear and jot this measurement down.
